What is the Appreciative Patient Program?
The Appreciative Patient Program, offered through the Gordon Memorial Hospital Foundation, gives you the opportunity to recognize a team member who made a lasting impact on your care.
You can:
- Share a story about the care you received (if you would like)
- Make a donation in honor of an employee, provider, or department
- Celebrate someone who went above and beyond
When you give, the Foundation will recognize the person named in your donation and thank them on your behalf.
