Gordon Memorial Health Services is proud to announce that our hospital has earned a 2025 Performance Leadership Award in Patient Perspective.
This recognition was released in celebration of National Rural Health Day and is awarded by The Chartis Center for Rural Health.
About the Award
The Performance Leadership Awards recognize rural hospitals that rank in the top quartile for Quality, Outcomes, or Patient Perspective. The awards are based on the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX, a respected national tool that evaluates hospital performance across key areas that influence operations and financial stability.
Healthcare systems, hospital associations, and state offices of rural health use this INDEX to measure performance and support improvements throughout rural America.
