Looking for a sweet way to celebrate Valentine’s Day and give back at the same time. The Gordon Memorial Activities Committee is spreading the love with a Valentine’s Day fundraiser featuring chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake bites.
These delicious treats are perfect for a special someone, a friend, a coworker, or even yourself. Best of all, every order helps support C.A.R.E. of Sheridan County and the important services they provide to individuals and families in our community.
Pickup and Delivery Details
All orders will be ready for pickup at Gordon Memorial Hospital by 1:00 pm on Friday, February 13th.
Delivery is available to Gordon, Rushville and Hay Springs for an additional charge. All orders will be delivered by 5:00pm on Friday, February 13th.

Download and print the order form below. Place your order by returning the completed form to the front desk of Gordon Memorial Hospital, emailing the form to sharris@gordonmemorial.org or faxing it to (308) 282-6109.
Orders are due February 6th.
