Dr. Jason LaTowsky, MD
General Surgeon
Dr. Jason LaTowsky is a dedicated and experienced general surgeon with strong ties to the Gordon area. Raised on the Forney Ranch south of Gordon, he graduated from Alliance High School in 1999 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
Dr. LaTowsky completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a Bariatric Surgery Fellowship at the University of Missouri–Columbia. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and licensed to practice in Nebraska.
Dr. LaTowsky travels to Gordon Memorial Hospital District from Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff to offer surgical care to local patients. His services include endoscopy, colonoscopy, and cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal). Known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach, Dr. LaTowsky is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based surgical care close to home.
He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), and the Missouri Medical Association.
