A memorial or tribute gift is a special way to honor someone who has touched your life. Whether it’s remembering a loved one, expressing gratitude, or recognizing someone who made a difference in your care.
When you give to the Gordon Memorial Hospital Foundation in someone’s name, your gift becomes a meaningful tribute that also supports the health and well-being of our community for years to come.
One hundred percent of all funds donated to the Foundation are used for the purpose designated by the donor.
Ways to Give
- Memorial Gift – Pay tribute to someone who has passed, keeping their spirit alive through your generosity.
- Tribute Gift – Recognize a special person, milestone, or caregiver who made a positive impact.
How You Can Give
Memorial and tribute gifts may be made as unrestricted donations or designated to support a specific program or area at Gordon Memorial Hospital District. Gifts can also be made anonymously, if preferred.
To make a gift, you can
- Mail your gift- You can download our Donation Form and send it with your donation by mail to 300 E. 8th Steet, Gordon, NE 69343.
- Give online- Click the donate now button and select Memorial/Tribute under the “use this donation for” section. Then share who inspired your donation.
After You Give
When you make a memorial or tribute gift:
- We receive your donation and allocate it towards the designated program. (if you chose one)
- You will receive a receipt from Gordon Memorial Hospital Foundation by mail for your tax-deductible donation.
- We’ll send a personalized acknowledgment letter to the person or family you choose (gift amount is not disclosed).
- You can include a short message or story, which we may share with our staff (with your permission).
