How It Works?
If you know someone who meets the qualifications for any of the positions mentioned below, encourage them to apply! When they complete their application, remind them to mention you as their referral. If they secure the job, you are eligible to receive $5,000!
The payment is divided into two parts. You'll receive an initial payment of $3,500 once they are hired, followed by another $1,500 at the six-month mark of their employment.

- Job candidates must have the required qualifications and active licensures.
Eligible Positions
Radiology Technician
$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!
This position administers roentgen rays to patients. Operates x-ray equipment, processes images, and prepares patient's room, equipment, supplies and medication. Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a 2-year certificate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Must hold a licensed from the State of Nebraska and must be ARRT registered or be willing to obtain such.
- Previous experience preferred.
Medical Technologist/ Medical Laboratory Technician
$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE
Performs a full range of diagnostic testing on patient specimens as well as ensures testing is conducted in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner that facilitates positive patient care. Interacts directly with medical staff members in interpretation and follows up on patient results. Works with other departments in scheduling, performing, and reporting tests.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist by a recognized certifying agency or eligibility.
- Qualifies to do high complexity testing under 42CFR493.1489(b)
Registered Nurse (RN)- Nights
$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE
This position provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care providers to meet holistic care needs of patients. Provides administrative leadership level of nursing services on weekends, holidays and even off-shifts; nights/evenings. Addresses patient care, staffing and any other issues that may arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must hold a license from the State of Nebraska or be willing to obtain such.
- BLS required
- ACLS required (to be obtained within one year of hire)
- TNCC required (to be obtained within one year of hire)
- NRP preferred
- PALS or ENPC required (to be obtained within one year of hire)
