Visitor/Patient General Information:
Visitor restrictions have been lifted for the time being, however masks are still required for those ages 2 years and older while in our facilities and will be provided at no charge at screening locations.
If you are experiencing signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and need medical care, are seeking testing for a recent exposure to someone with COVID-18 or are concerned you may have COVID-19, please call your provider at the clinic in advance of your visit. If you need emergency medical services please go to our Emergency Room.
Signs/ Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- Fever (greater than 100.4 F)
- Cough
- Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
- Recent unexplained loss of taste or smell
- Muscle Pain or Body Aches
- Headache
- Sore Throat
- Nausea/ Vomiting
- Diarrhea

Entry after regular business hours:
All visitors must enter through the emergency room entrance between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. This is to ensure all visitors to the hospital are being screened upon entrance to the hospital and are wearing a mask. The entrance to our Emergency Room is located on the West side of the Hospital along 9th Street.
